Orders received before 1:00 PM PST typically ship the same day, however, please allow up to two days for your product to ship. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us. Items are currently not guaranteed to be in stock, however, if an item is not in stock we will do our best to contact you right away.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. Once an item has shipped it cannot be stopped. You may return an item, however, we ask that you please contact us first. See RMA for details.
Misshipped and Missing Items
Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your package to report misshipped or missing items. If an item needs to be returned please contact us first before shipping the product back.
RMAs
With the exception of misshipped items, returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If you are unsure about an item please do not hesitate to contact us.
Prior to returning an item contact us via email or telephone for return shipping instructions. In some instances we may have you send the item to a different shipping address and require special labeling/instructions.
